I built this one with a modificationsl from the original schematic. I added a switch to be able to choose two dofferent frequency ranges. One uses the original 47nF cap the other one is a 10uF nonpolar ceramic cap. Also I added a LED at the pulse out as indicator.

This LFO is pretty versatile because of the range switch and the two waveforms but it has a design flaw. The tringle output can he easily loaded down so please add another opamp buffer a.k.a voltage follower to make sure it works nicely.
