I searched for a simple slew limiter to add a glide effect. I found one and added CV using a simple vactrol.

The vactrol is basically an LDR and a red 5mm LED with some layers of shrinkwrap connecting them both. Don’t forget to add a dropping resistor for the LED, for Modular signal levels I can recommend 330-510 ohm which depends on the brightness of the led.

To connect it right you add a jack where signal goes to the dropping resistor which goes to the LEDs anode. The cathode goes to ground on the jack. The LDR connects on teo points in the circuit. In this case as variable resistor parallel to the potentiometer.
