This is one of my own modules and by far the simplest. I built it because I wanted logic gates for my CV and I have to say it works nicely.

The AND gate has two inputs and one output, the OR gate has three inputs and one output. Both are based on diode logic. The NOT gate is simply one input and one output that gets inverted and is based on a simple NPN transistor circuit.
